I have been using Star Service LLC for more than 30 years and each generation gets better. For the last 15 years I have been directly working with Fred Nusraty. Mr Nusraty is professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The on site team is very friendly, professional and prompt. Through several renovations whether it’s carpet or flooring Mr Nusraty has always guided me which carpet/floors that would best fit our needs. In the last year I put in all new floors throughout my house and absolutely love them. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a company that had quality carpets and was available within 10 days of ordering the carpet. All Star was available and the price they quoted me was within the window I expected. They 2 gentlemen arrived close to the time we had arranged and they did a thorough job.
I will definitely use them for my future carpet needs.

Very well.  Fred was quick in turning around voicemail messages.  While he is in business to provide himself and his crew a livelihood, Fred is not mercenary.  The price was competitive and the installation was executed in a professional manner.  The final product was what I was looking for.  I couldn't be more pleased by this experience.

I called for an appointment, and Fred came out the next day with samples based on our telephone conversation as to the color and quality I was looking to have installed.  I selected the carpet.  Fred took measurements.  We agreed on the price, which included a 10% discount as I mentioned I had found the company on Angie's List.  He asked me when I wanted it installed.  I gave him an exact date. [Note: He could have done it within five days had I wanted him to but the room needed to be painted first.]  The two installers arrived the day I specified for the installation and within the timeframe (i.e., morning) we had agreed.  They were friendly, courteous, and efficient.  The job was done in less than two hours.  They vacuumed the new carpet and left the bedroom neat and tidy.

It went great. It took about a month in the bedroom. They did a nice job. I like their attention to detail. The finishing of the carpet was good and they were careful about it. They took their time to make everything match. They were very professional.

This was a very enjoyable experience. Called Fred to ask about the deal. He came out the same day to take measurements and for me to chose the carpet. He advised me that it would take about 3-4 days to order the carpet which worked for me. The crew arrived and work very fast and effectively. I was thinking the job would take most of the day but they were finished within a couple hours. They also were nice enough to help me move a sofa back down the stairs. I would definetly use them again.

The whole experience was great.   Fred helped me pick out new carpet for my house.  He showed me many options and explained the differences between the types and grades of carpet.  He made sure we stayed within my budget and he didnt try to talk me into something out of my price range.  He was very pleasant and really seemed to care about customer satisfaction.  He also helped me pick out a futon and a day bed.  They guys who came to install the carpet were great.  They arrived on time,  and everything went smoothly.  They answered any questions and were very friendly. The place was left clean and the carpet looked great.  I would definatley use them again.
