Sebastian's crew was early! They had beat my by five minutes. They were very professional, let me know about the issues with the door needing to be modified because the carpet was too high for the door. (There was a wood floor when I purchased the house.) They finished very quickly, vacuumed everything. I was very pleased with their work.

Eric was such a great sales guy! Opened up an account with Shaw flooring just for us. Also suggested we get a quote from Weckers (where we found the Shaw flooring we liked) just to make sure we were getting the best deal we could. There is not much overhead with TFS, so their price was so much better than anywhere else and they didn t play games with their quoting. Just honest, fair pricing.

From the estimate to the installation, they were professional, courteous and listened to my needs as a customer. And the work was done in timely fashion.

I shopped 4 different flooring contractors for our carpeting job. Total Flooring Solutions had the best customer service, communication, and price (none of which can be said of the big national chain flooring companies). When it came to the actual job, the installers were professional, courteous, fast, and the finished product looks great. I absolutely recommend TFS and will use them again myself.

I nightmared over carpet for about 3 months. I talked to 5 different companies including Luna and Next Day Floors, both of which were rip offs. I found Total Flooring Solutions and saw the amazing reviews. I'm one to research everything. The second I spoke to Sebastian I knew this was the right choice. Super friendly, straight to the point and incredibly honest with you. He ordered the product right in front of me after the quote, which was painless and easy. The carpet came in early and he said I'll come out the very next day and have it installed. As it was. Best deal and service around!!!!
