They did a phenomenal job on my floors and it looks great. They did my basement, first floor and stairs which only took 2 days to finish.

Very accommodating and flexile.One of the best home improvement experiences. We had hardwood flooring installed. The installers were polite punctual and helpful. Joe the owner came to check on everything himself. The floor is beautiful. Definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Work crew was professional and did a good job matching the floor color to existing rooms that I was not refinishing. The owner also checked in a number of times to make sure the work was going as expected. Very happy with the job.

Efficient and effective. They did a great job both installing new flooring in the master bedroom and refinishing old hardwood to match the new hardwood flooring. I have another two bedrooms s that I plan to have them return to refinish. Their work on the stairs is exceptionally good.

They were very professional. The owner showed up to give the estimate at the exact time that he said he would. He was very thorough in explaining the process. He followed through on every aspect. His workers arrived on time and may I say they did a excellent job!! I am so happy with the results. The workers were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. The job was done in the time limit that was predicted. Professionalism at the highest!!

The crew arrived on time/early each day and were very efficient. My floors look amazing! I just wish there was a little more communication during the process since I was not on site while they were working. I never received any end of day status reports or a notification of completion so I had to guess what the dry time was. But overall, the crew was professional, they always locked up after themselves, and did really great work. I definitely recommend.

Expedient, efficient. and high quality work

Very quick and on time estimates and install. Very quick crew and friendly. After moving in and seeing everything with the floors, it's stunning.

Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly the quality of workmanship was exceptional. The team were on time every day and worked diligently, completing the job as promised. The portions of the house that were not worked on were masked to prevent any dust carryover, though there was little dust given the amount of sanding performed. We chose to go to a very light stain from previously a dark stain and were originally concerned whether this could be done satisfactorily. We were very pleased with the results. The crew were real craftsmen (and craftswomen), paying attention to details and were very receptive and reactive to comments and requests we provided. The Prospect management team, followed up before the start of work and every day during execution, and then after completion. We felt that our business was valued and we appreciated the attention. We would highly recommend Prospect to those considering the refinishing of hardwood flooring.

Did job quickly and on budget

Excellent workmanship.

After my carpet was removed and the new vinyl flooring was installed, I noticed my baseboards all the way around my room needed to be painted. Joe the owner of Prospect Flooring stepped up and had his painting contractor come and repaint my baseboards all around the room with no additional charge to me.

The workers are on time and very professional. They are friendly and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company. I actually called for an estimate on a Tuesday and then they came on Thursday that same week and finished the job Saturday by mid day. My friends and family couldnâ t believe the fast and beautiful results. They definitely rate a 5! In my book.

When I saw my refinished oak floors for the first time, I cried tears of devastation. After paying over $6000 to have the floors in my newly purchased dream home refinished, I came home to find footprints in the stain, chatter marks, pooled staining along our baseboards, and splotchy stain throughout. I have honestly never seen floors so poorly finished. We had the company return to fix the most egregious areas of the home but could not even bear to risk having them re-do entire rooms for fear that they make the flooring even worse. The company was very kind and easy to work with... they just dont have the skillset required to do quality work. We are already saving to have them re-done by another company in the future.
