"Gil from NE carpentry did a lot of work for me. The most impressive was that Gil worked with me to repair my interior front porch after a massive leak during a storm destroyed it. Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent. I will continue to work with NE carpentry and I highly recommend them."

"Very well.  I acted as general contractor after my builder disappeared in the middle of the job.  I had some good contractors and some not so good ones.  HS Plastering and Painting was at the top of the good list.  The quality of their work was very good; no complaints there at all.  But what stood out was the experience of working with them.  They came when asked, did what they were asked to do, acted in a professional manner, stood by their work, and were a true pleasure to have as a contractor.  They were quick, worked weekends to get the job done, and didn't cut corners.

I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. "We sent Rob the plans in advance, and he visited the home to complete a walkthrough. He had not reviewed the plans prior to his visit, nor did he have a copy of them with him. He told us we needed to rip open every outside wall in every room that was being worked on in order to replace the insulation, which was not part of the plans and would have added tremendous cost to the project. When I told him we wanted to limit costs where we could, he told me that wasn't possible in a project of this size. He estimated that the cost would be 50% more than other bids we have received so far, and pushed us to try to get the names of other contractors bidding on the project. He said he'd need to complete at least 2-3 more walkthroughs with sub-contractors, and couldn't even give us an estimate on when he might have time to work on the bid ("when I get through the stack of papers on my desk and schedule my knee surgery"). After the visit, we asked him not to bid on the project."

Crystal Cleaning has been the best by far. Not only is the cleaning itself excellent, but the team is very dependable and just nice people to work with. We recently had an addition done and needed interior painting. We decided to try Crystal Painting based on our positive experiences with Leonardo and his cleaning team. Crystal Painting is equally as good as Crystal cleaning. Leonardo offered us a very fair quote. He walked through to get a thorough understanding Of the job requirements. Timing was difficult as our contractor was still working but Leonardo and his team were very flexible. They worked long days and we're very considerate of the other workers. As we were under a time crunch to finish painting prior to The floors being finished, they even worked a full day on Saturday. Full day meaning they showed up around 8 AM and stayed until almost 6 PM. The painting came out great. They are meticulous. They came back after the floors have been completed to touch up the baseboards and a few other areas. Our contractor had never worked with Crystal Painting before but told us they were impressed and that there are a lot of bad painters out there. Leonardo is always professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Crystal Painting. You will not be you will not be disappointed."
