"I wanted a shower expanded. George Mavridis's estimate was very competitive but I hired him because I knew he was honest, quality focused and an open communicator. He has a small crew and excellent subs so he's not super fast. But Mavridis is excellent. One example: The shower needed a new fan, vented through the attic roof. The attic boards were all cut (before my time) in half when insulation was installed. The attic floor was unstable and unsafe. George was very busy but he had his team replace the boards with plywood panels...for 20% less than I expected. Why? Because he wanted to make sure I would be happy when the job was done. I could give 4-5 other examples but you get the point. If you hire George, you'll be pleased."

However, John's crew found several short-cuts in the installation of my kitchens that his crew corrected. John has a complete crew of highly skilled professionals: carpentry, electrical, flooring, granite-counter-install, plasterers, tile-work... I was blown away by his crew! They worked efficiently and conscientiously to complete the job, showing up on time and cleaning up at the end of each day. My kitchens are restored to better than what they were before the flood! John Ryan Construction was able to work with the budget set by my insurance company's claim. In 3-weeks-time John's crew had my kitchens back to new...I am so grateful to John and his crew!"
