Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent. "My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."

Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic.
