"My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."

"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. "We sent Rob the plans in advance, and he visited the home to complete a walkthrough. He had not reviewed the plans prior to his visit, nor did he have a copy of them with him. He told us we needed to rip open every outside wall in every room that was being worked on in order to replace the insulation, which was not part of the plans and would have added tremendous cost to the project. When I told him we wanted to limit costs where we could, he told me that wasn't possible in a project of this size. He estimated that the cost would be 50% more than other bids we have received so far, and pushed us to try to get the names of other contractors bidding on the project. He said he'd need to complete at least 2-3 more walkthroughs with sub-contractors, and couldn't even give us an estimate on when he might have time to work on the bid ("when I get through the stack of papers on my desk and schedule my knee surgery"). After the visit, we asked him not to bid on the project."
