"Last week I reached out to Henry Scopa Home Improvement and Scott came out right away to get things started. He was meticulous in his work, placing drop cloths down to protect my floors, and also keeping a bucket for the smaller trash. Scott stripped everything down to the studs, took out the old tub and shower, and kept the work area as neat and clean as possible throughout the job. My bathroom is tiny, but he got things installed without too much fuss, He worked long hours. I?m beyond satisfied with the job Scott delivered. Not only was his work excellent, but his polite and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
