I highly recommend Cosme of DC Carpenter if you need a new roof. He and his team did a first-rate job of replacing our garage roof. He gave me a prompt and very reasonable estimate (and did not try to “upsell” on the project). We were able to schedule the project promptly. He and his crew came on time, worked steadily all day, and did a great job. He even took care of a smaller project that we needed done (replacing a shingle on our house) that same day. We are so very pleased!

I would not hesitate to recommend DC Carpenters based on my experience. They promptly replied to my inquiry, quoted a reasonable price, came when they said they would and finished the job (wooden shed restoration). Very competent crew, cleaned up when finished. Overall a great job by energetic and well managed carpenters.

I was very happy with DC Carpenter. I hired them to fix and improve my sagging back deck. Unlike many contractors, they gave me a very reasonable estimate (much lower than others I got) and then they completed the work very quickly and the result was great. There was one small adjustment I wanted after the work was done and they did it right away with no charge. I would definitely hire them again.
