I contacted Crystal General Contracting to repaint my house on short notice as I was preparing to put it on the market. Leonardo was extremely flexible in fitting my project into his schedule and exceeded my expectations. He and his team completed the work on time with great professionalism, and even took care of some light carpentry along the way. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future projects in my new home.

We used Leo and his team to do several workstreams at our condo. He painted, did crown molding, electrical work (moving J boxes and rewiring ceiling lights), and tiling work for a backsplash. Leo was incredibly professional - he showed up to ensure all work was on track and provide effective communication. His team was also highly professional and worked hard, producing amazing results. We are very happy with Leo and will continue working with him for all future home renovation needs!

I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!

We hired Crystal Painting to repaint the exterior of our 1929 Dutch Colonial. The home hadn’t been repainted in 9 years and had significant peeling and exposed wood and therefore was also in need of some carpentry work. We hired Leo and his crew from Crystal based on reading other reviews on various sites, meeting him in person (many firms just look at your house online and provide a quote or do a quick stop and go without talking to you), and based on his willingness to give us a quote that included both the painting and carpentry work (most other painters were unwilling to quote the carpentry until they were on the job). The pricing quote was a bit higher than other quotes but based on the reviews we read and the quality of the conversations, we decided to take a chance on Leo and Crystal painting and weren’t disappointed. Leo’s crew showed up daily (in varying numbers depending on what needed to be done) over a two week period, did a good job of prepping the house, getting it primed, fixing the carpentry and applying two coats of paint. Some of the carpentry involved replacing rotted moldings along the roof line that likely had been on the house since it was built in 1929, amazingly he was able to find matching pieces to replace the damaged pieces. In addition, there were several color and other changes made along the way and Leo was great at accommodating those at no additional cost. Overall, we were very happy with Leo and Crystal painting and would hire them again. Several of our neighbors who saw their work, have since hired them as well.

Project went very well. We are very pleased with the result. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Leo was a pleasure to work with. He was as very responsive to our questions and needs.

Leo and his team did an exceptional job repainting our house. We had a lot of wood rot as well as a leak. Their carpentry work is very impressive and took care of all of our issues. They worked quickly and finished ahead of schedule even during the heatwave in Boston. All workers were professional, respectful, and carefully cleaned up everything everyday. Leo was always available to answer questions and check in about the progress with an in person conversation and photos. We are very happy with the finished product and the price was very reasonable as well!

This went much better that I expected. Crystal Painting painted my house in the summer of 2019. They did a great job then and I contacted them this spring for some minor warranty work. Leonardo was incredibly responsive and was visiting my home for a walkthrough within a day or so. He sent some workers out and had issue resolved within days. In fact, he got the work done faster than I get an email response from most other contractors.

Very professional, excellent attention to detail. This is the 3rd time I have had work done by this team and have seen great results every time. Shows up when they say they will and very fair when discussing cost, pricing. Will definitely continue to use them.

What I liked most about working with Angi on this project is there weren't any surprise fees at the end. I knew what the cost was going to be. It gave me peace of mind. Leo and his team did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my house. Leo is always reachable when I have questions and extremely reliable and easy to work with. He started work on time and took any possible time weather allows to work, and he always communicate to us of his plan ahead of time . His work is meticulous and his crew is hardworking and cleaned up well everyday when they leave work, they are courteous and pleasant to work with. I will definitely work with Leo again if I ever need painting services! It's hard to find such quality service at reasonable price.

My apartment needed a fresh coat of paint and repairs to a few large holes after construction. Crystal painting was easy to work with and my apartment looked like new within a few short days. They took extra time to protect my furniture and the paint came out flawless. I highly recommend and will be using them again.

Leonardo and his team were wonderful, professional, cordial, patient, and understanding of our needs. Leo is a very thoughtful and experienced painter, excellent in being realistic with options so we did not do unnecessary fixings. His estimate and pricing were competitive and realistic and he abided by the terms of the contract. He was clearly interested in having satisfied customers. We are happy with the outcome and in the future know who turn to in case of other work.

Leonardo was extremely accommodating. I called him on a Thursday and needed a 1500 sq ft condo painted by the following Friday. We met on Saturday, he quoted me on Sunday. Was fair with pricing and his men started Monday morning. He went above and beyond. He even helped me paint an additional ceiling ( that was not included in the original quote)and stained a railing (because he thought it would look better) at no extra charge. His men were friendly, professional and worked hard all day long. My condo looks like a brand new place. I will be using Crystal Painting Services for all my future painting needs.

Leonardo was a pleasure to work with: I found him through reviews on yelp and angieslist, and was cautious at first, but very pleased. He was increbilty responsive, and his team did a great job for my highrise Boston condominium. His prices was fair, and he stuck to his quote. He showed up on time, his team was nice and considerate, and the work was well done. We had a problem with a wall of wallpaper installation, and Leonardo was on top of it everyday. Problems will and do arise; thats the nature of building, but the fact that Leonardo stepped up and took ownership and responsbility for the problems (and solutions) went a long way in my opinion. I would use him and his team again.

Excellent...Leonardo was professional and a pleasure to deal with overall. We were not home during some of the work and he had a key to the house. He and his crew did excellent work. He came back after the job was done to make sure everything was perfect ? he remained in contact with me and always answered any questions.

Leonardo was great to work with! I had a tight schedule that included painting, plastering, and electrical work. He assembled a team that was professional and friendly, and that did an amazing job and it was done on time. They were able to deal with some last-minute changes and accommodate all of my requests. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Leonardo was super responsive and easy to communicate with. He kept me apprised of the progress throughout and let me know how changes would affect the timeline right away. They left the place spotless, too. Leonardo's wife has a cleaning service, so she saw to that. I’d definitely use Crystal Painting again. In fact, I am! I’m working on a To-Do list that I know he and his team can handle quickly and efficiently.

It went very well. After meeting with six or seven other painting contractors I was very much impressed with the professionalism Leonardo and Crystal Painting displayed. Once hiring them, Leonardo kept me up-to-date on when their start date would be and on all following work days when weather permitted. When your rain was forecasted for later in the day, they would show up and work until weather turned for the worst. Throughout the process of a job, Leonardo would take the time to walk through the project with me and address any issues that I had. Even after all payments were made, I found a small issue and Leonardo made sure that it was resolved. I have absolutely no complaints and I would certainly use Crystal Painting again.
