"Gil from NE carpentry did a lot of work for me. The most impressive was that Gil worked with me to repair my interior front porch after a massive leak during a storm destroyed it. Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent. I want to reiterate that MMP Construction not only met but substantially exceeded my wildest expectations in terms of customer service, response time, professionalism and recommendation of another contractor whose work was as good as he said it would be.
I will state for the historical record that MMP Construction provides 'Old School' service when back in the day contractors actually took pride in their work, a trait that seems to have fallen by the wayside over the years. MMP Construction is not about the 'Almighty dollar' but rather seeing to it that your needs are met professionally, properly and on time.
The above said, I unequivocally cannot rate them high enough and will be using them for other projects down the road.
