"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Scott and his crew were absolutely fantastic and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Scott is incredibly professional, communicative, and prompt. Additionally, the budgeting process he uses is wholly transparent relative to other contractors we have worked with and we loved this approach of his. All in all we found working with Scott to be an absolutely amazing experience that you won't find much of in the Boston area--he is truly a real hidden gem of a contractor. The cherry on top for us was that he managed to get us in two months ahead of schedule!! We didn't have the largest job in the world to take care of, but it was a significant one in terms of the integrity of our house and a bit of an unusual one as far as finding contractors who had experience in dealing with issues of rafter spread. Due to the age of our home (pretty common in the Boston area), it was an improperly framed stick-and-beam frame from the get-go insufficient to support the heavy snow loads we get in the area and needed structural reinforcement in the attic to prevent the rafter spread from compromising the exterior walls of our home. Not only did Scott fully appreciate the scope of the problem quickly, he reassured us he had extensive experience correcting a number of these issues, and together with his structural engineer devised a creative fix relative to proposals from other contractors that preserved a significant amount of headroom in our attic should we ever want to finish it."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! "I would like to start this review by stating that my expectations for workmanship are very high, as I keep an impeccable home. I had several bids for my large Victorian home to be painted and did my homework, as any conscientious consumer would. I normally thoroughly check contractors out before I let them start working on my home. Bright Painting Company was no different. I initially met with the owner, Celso. We discussed the scope of work. I ask for references and asked where he was working currently, as I customarily do. ( Note- Celso is a really "NICE" guy.) My idea of checking out contractors is to focus on where they are currently working and to look at other jobs they have completed. Also, I always want to speak with the people they work for to see how the interaction was between company and consumer. As I stated, my expectations were very high and Bright Painting Company came shining through just like their name "Bright.” I was very impressed with the level of workmanship that was performed. The crew started at 8:00 AM each morning and worked till dark, ½ an hour break for lunch that was it! (Special thanks go to Wilson the foreman who is a top notch painter and a REAL gentleman.) The guys were extremely punctual, respectful, courteous, honest, and all around great guys. I can't stress enough about the level of workmanship that was performed at my home, it really was exceptional. My home was featured on a huge network for its charm and beauty! This home has 5 colors on it and the work was intense very time consuming. These guys were not intimidated. Lots of contractors are! The final result was without a doubt fantastic. You can't go wrong hiring this company. They will continue to work for me on the interior of my home. I would guarantee that you won't be disappointed if you hire Bright Painting Company!"

"Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.
