"Scott and his crew were absolutely fantastic and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Scott is incredibly professional, communicative, and prompt. Additionally, the budgeting process he uses is wholly transparent relative to other contractors we have worked with and we loved this approach of his. All in all we found working with Scott to be an absolutely amazing experience that you won't find much of in the Boston area--he is truly a real hidden gem of a contractor. The cherry on top for us was that he managed to get us in two months ahead of schedule!! We didn't have the largest job in the world to take care of, but it was a significant one in terms of the integrity of our house and a bit of an unusual one as far as finding contractors who had experience in dealing with issues of rafter spread. Due to the age of our home (pretty common in the Boston area), it was an improperly framed stick-and-beam frame from the get-go insufficient to support the heavy snow loads we get in the area and needed structural reinforcement in the attic to prevent the rafter spread from compromising the exterior walls of our home. Not only did Scott fully appreciate the scope of the problem quickly, he reassured us he had extensive experience correcting a number of these issues, and together with his structural engineer devised a creative fix relative to proposals from other contractors that preserved a significant amount of headroom in our attic should we ever want to finish it."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Jason and his team did an excellent job on all counts. I had a shower that was leaking down through the ceiling of the room below. Jason and team coordinated with my plumber to help open up the ceiling and identify the source of the leak. He and his crew determined that the issue was due to cracked grout in the shower pan. He regrouted the shower, making sure to grind out and fill in all the previous cracks and replaced the damaged ceiling. When working with Jason, I never felt rushed. He was always willing to take the time to talk through my concerns and provide his recommendations. I felt like I was talking with a friend that was an expert at home repair and renovation. Thanks to Jason's attention to detail and desire to get things right for the customer, all the detail work was done very well. Now the shower and the room below it look as if nothing ever happened.
