We are a father and son business. we are both licensed and insured in MA. We offer free estimates on any job. We work with some great contractors and electricians so we can provide start to finish remodels and installs. Heating is our specialty. We also handle all gas work needed heating and other appliances.

"Poor quality work caused sewage leak in basement. Ryan Plumbing installed all new plumbing for a new 2nd bathroom in our house. 1 year after the project was complete the newly installed PVC pipe for the waste line fell out of an elbow joint and dumped waste into our basement. I called Jeff Ryan to repair it because I was hoping he would take ownership of his work. We talked about why it happened and he said that the overlap of the pipe within the elbow joint had only been half of what was needed (0.75 inch vs 1.5 inch). He apologized and did not charge for the repair. However, a couple of days later when I asked Jeff to pay for the $1,600 cleanup cost, he fabricated a new story about the problem being caused by a clog and not his quality of work."

While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week. The second project was cleaning out the attic of the garage, removing the floorboards and installing a new 4-foot shelf in the attic ceiling, painting the interior, and installing 3 new windows. Mike is truly a jack of all trades! All the projects above came out great and we were very thankful to have his guidance as things went along. He provided a quote for the job, was communicative, and arrived in a timely manner. He cleaned up after very well after each day and he explains his process, problems, and solutions as he goes so, I always felt informed of what was going on. I would definitely recommend and hire Mike again for future jobs."
