Higher Ground Rainwater Systems

In the end, not well. We needed a leaking gutter seam fixed at our vacation house because it was dripping on our deck and ruining our stain. Higher Ground came out and made a repair in June 2022, which supposedly fixed the leak. We then arranged to have our deck restained. Since this is a vacation house, we weren't able to go back to the house until August 2022. At that point we discovered that the seam was still leaking onto our newly restained deck. We contacted Higher Ground via email and phone to try to get them to come out and finish the fix. They were not very responsive and got a little nasty about only allowing 10 days for "quality control issues" on their work, even after I explained that we are not down at the house full time to be able to see that it wasn't really fixed. So they refused to make good on their work. From my perspective, I paid for a leak repair and did not get a leak repair.

Carson and Matt did a terrific job, very thorough and answered all questions asked. Our home is five years old and the white trim was very dirty...looks like we just painted the house now! There were a few obstacles to the extension. We worked together to find a good solution. They did a very good job and were pleasant to work with.

I thought it went well until in less than a year after installation the wood on the underside of the gutter started cracking and buckling without any leaks. I made several attempts over 3 months to have them come out and look at it. Finally without proper inspection they determined they weren't responsible. I sent a letter to their corporate office in Tennessee including pictures and a timeline of my attempts to get this issue addressed and have not received a response.

We were very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

There was a bit of a mix up with the scheduling but once it was fixed all went extremely well. the guys did a great job! Will use them again!

Actually, I've been very fortunate.? I just Googled gutter cleaners in this area and just chose them from the list.

I just had a really good experience with gutter cleaning.? It was excellent.? They sent me an e-mail saying that it was supposed to rain the day I had my appointment and that they'd keep me updated as to whether they could come or would have to reschedule.? So that was nice.? Then they called me and said we're on our way and we should be there within thirty minutes.? They did a good job? They were professionals, there was two, and they cleaned up.? They didn't leave the gutter mess in the yard, they cleaned it up.? They washed the gutters off, so they didn't leave any debris where they had cleaned on the gutters.? All in all, that was another very good experience.? It cost $125 but I was more than happy to pay.? I would give them A's all the way.? Absolutely I would use them again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.? Actually I also used them last year, probably in May 2016.?

I was not here but it looks all was done satisfactorily.
