"Words cannot express how grateful we are to Mike Rivers for his help getting our home back online after we were affected by the gas disaster of September 13th. Our hot water heater, dryer, stove, 2 furnaces, and gas fireplace were all condemned. First he helped us install a temporary electric hot water heater, and then he returned to hook up the dryer and stove. Recently, he made us "House Ready" so that our gas could be turned back on. He advocated for us during the inspection process, and even helped us understanding some of the incorrect work performed by our furnace company. Throughout it all, he was kind, patient, and professional. He is credited with giving us back our home, and we are forever grateful. Without hesitation, I whole-heartedly recommend Mike of Rivers Heating and Plumbing."

"Fantastic. Jeff is a pro. Installation went as described in both locations. He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. Jeff is professional, punctual, cleans up, old furnace removal and does great work. I’m very happy with my 2 new efficient heaters and hot water heaters! My heating costs are down substantially! I’m glad we chose Jeff."
