Sila strives to provide 5-Star Service to all of our customers. We are transparent about pricing and the scope of our work. That being said I understand your frustration and apologize for the miscommunication, [Member Name Removed]. Our trucks are equipped with 80-90% of standard parts, which was stated when we scheduled the appointment with you. Our goal is to always provide complete service on a single trip. In this case we were unable to complete the service because the repair required a specialty part from our vendor, who was closed over the weekend. Thank you for communicating offline with us to mediate the situation. We agreed to a full refund of our services and the services of the additional company you contracted to complete the repair.Service Provider Response
