As luck would have it, my tub faucet cartridge failed on a Saturday afternoon, resulting in an inability to shut off the water from the tub. K&S emergency service had someone out to my place in 20 minutes. Reginald was very professional and had it fixed quickly. On Wednesday, the shut off valve for my washing machine broke. Once again, a plumber (Dmitri) was dispatched immediately and new valve was installed in no time. I have used K&S for too many years for me to count and they have always proved to be fast and reliable.

Excellent work. Courteous plumbers. They used quality parts for the repair. Kirkland and Shaw is a top rate outfit with expert and reliable plumbers. They get the job done right. Their headquarters staff receiving calls has been friendly and helpful. Kirkland and Shaw is also timely as possible. I once had a water heater that broke, and that same day, as promised, it was replaced, and the old one was carted away. Numerous times they have saved the day for me. Thanks Kirkland and Shaw!

They came when they said they would. Did what we asked them to do. Cleaned up after themselves. Did it all in 2 days and charged less than the estimate. I would give them 5 stars.

Called the office the day before freezing. Craig showed up, fixed water pressure gauge, circulator pump, and cleaned gas furnace and meter. Checked a few other valves that probably have been clogged over the years. House got heat in no time. The same evening temperature dropped to 20F. Thanks for Kirkland's prompt response. The job was done professionally. Price is reasonable.

I called at 10 am on a Monday They were very nice and fit me in. Arrived at my house at 1 pm that day and had the job completed in under 2 hours. The area was left neat and clean also removed the old unit. Will be using again and highly recommend this company.

I called Monday morning and was able to arrange for a plumber to come out that same day. He discovered that the wax seal under the toilet had deteriorated and was leaking. He also replaced the hose and faucet that were leaking slightly as well. I haven't rated the cost because they haven't yet submitted a bill.

They were very prompt. They were very nice and the price wasn't bad. They answer the phone right away and were able to come out the next day. The staff was fine. The price was pretty good. In fact, they tried to fix the old faucet and that didn't work. We got another one and they put it in for $142.00.
