"It was cleared within a half hour. The technician was extremely polite and he left everything as neatly as he found it. The price was excellent and he worked quickly. In the past when I had plumbing work done it always ended up more than I thought and there was alway a lot of cleaning up to do after they left. I was afraid to call anyone I felt plumbers were so hard to get to come to you house and you were at their disposal . Right from the start the main office was very responsive they offered to send someone the same day I chlose to have them come the next morning. The technician called before coming and showed up on time. He was very polite identified the problem and work extremely quickly and cleanly leaving everything very neat. "Suddenly, my basement drain was backing up! A friend tried to unclog it, but to know avail. He thought it might have something to do with the sewer line that ran to the street! Right away, I started seeing dollars signs. So, I went on Angie's list and saw the reviews for HL Bowman. Because they were so highly recommended, I went to their website. Immediately, there was a person named Tiera to chat with. I explained my situation and she asked me a few questions. She told me she would have some one call me. I asked if it would be today because there was sitting water in my basement and I was afraid to even flush a toilet! She said it would definitely be today! Within two minutes of concluding the chat, my phone rang. A very courteous person assured me that he could get someone out there today! It was about 8:30 am and he told me that he could have someone by this afternoon and they would call me before they arrived. Around noon, a young man named Clayton called and said he was on his way. When he arrived, he went to basement and checked out the situation. When he came up he said that he thought the clog was in the pipe along the wall going out to the sewer. He brought in a machine and spent approximately and hour and a half trying to open the clog. He then told me that he had called another person from the company to bring a larger machine. Then, Corey showed up with a huge machine and Clayton left to go to another job. Corey was down there for about another hour and half. The machine was much louder than the first one. I was really worried about the cost and the fact that it was taking so long to open. I pictured having to have my lawn torn up and imagining what that would entail, not to mention the cost. Suddenly, he appeared and I tried to prepare for the worst. He looked at me with a smile on his face and said, "it's open". I was so surprised, I am sure he saw the relief on my face. 'He explained that he had to go out 75 feet to the street, and the that the clog was because of tree roots which he grinded through. I knew this machine was probably more expensive to use than the smaller one. So I braced my self and I asked him what the total charge would be! When he told me, I was shocked as that even included the $70 service fee which included up to 45 minutes to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. But, because Corey had to bring a bigger machine and stay longer than Clayton had estimated, I was sure it was going to be astronomical. Corey said he would figure it out! When he told me the price I could hardly believe my ears. It was half of what I had anticipated! I was thinking about $1,000- $1200! I can't begin to explain how relieved I was.. I would like to say both Clayton and Corey could not have been nicer. Very mannerly, friendly, and polite. When Corey left, everthing was cleaned up! No sewage anywhere. And another thing that I thought was extraordinary, was how unafraid they were of my two pittbulls. They petted them and Corey even told them to stay when they tried to follow him out the door. LOL! And they, listened! I have found my company should I need any future help. It's good to know that there is someone out there who is professional, knowledgeable, and who charges fair prices. It wasn't cheap, but I believe it could have been a lot higher. Family members also thought the price was good. It started out as a bad day, but I had a smile on my face when Corey left!"

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

Russell Dodd arrived to review our property, listen to our needs and concerns, and recommend a solution. Russell is a friendly guy with many years of experience with ductless installations and had all sorts of clever suggestions on how to make this installation work best in our home. It's worth noting we also had 2 other top rated competitor firms visit to conduct property reviews, and the people that showed up were significantly less experienced than Russell and clearly did not have the product knowledge or range of ideas that Russell shared during his visit. Within days of Russell's visit we had an installation quote/estimate in hand and after sorting out a few details with NETR we scheduled an installation date. The contract covered all the items we had discussed with Russell and was very straightforward. The NETR price was competitive and in the same ballpark as the other companies – but with far superior follow-up and consultant services. There were no surprises or unclear items listed on the NETR quotes, while the quotes we received from the other companies had some areas where costs were not entirely clear. On the day of the installation Jerry Odom arrived and was the technician assigned to lead our project. Jerry was super friendly and carefully took the time explaining his installation process, listened to and answered any of our questions, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the 2 full day installation Jerry quietly and skillfully pulled everything together and made sure the units were placed exactly where we had requested. He did an exceptional job hiding piping and basically making sure that the new units throughout the house were installed in a very clean looking manner. Jerry was joined by two colleagues at various points during the installation and all were equally competent and skilled professionals. From initial outreach to the final day of the installation we interacted with at least 5 different people from NETR. The staff working back in the office were also very professional and helpful at all times. We interacted with Eleni and even one of the owners at one point when calling to confirm installation dates. This is obviously a company that values taking great care of the customer and sets an expectation that their staff are all honest, helpful, responsive and fair in all interactions. NETR deserves all the superlatives that are used to describe their people, processes, and services. This is a business that clearly makes it a priority to take care of the customer and deliver top quality work. We are very happy that we chose NETR over other vendors and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a ductless system."
