"It was cleared within a half hour. The technician was extremely polite and he left everything as neatly as he found it. The price was excellent and he worked quickly. In the past when I had plumbing work done it always ended up more than I thought and there was alway a lot of cleaning up to do after they left. I was afraid to call anyone I felt plumbers were so hard to get to come to you house and you were at their disposal . Right from the start the main office was very responsive they offered to send someone the same day I chlose to have them come the next morning. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality.
