"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work. I would highly recommend Duncan Builders for any of your commercial space build outs and other projects you may have. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"Rob did an outstanding job replacing our windows. We didn't give him much to go on. He had a good idea for what would look good and we are glad we took his advice. It wasn't an easy job to do since there was a good deal rot surrounding the windows and nothing was level to being with. He replaced as much as he could with materials that would not rot and the windows are beautiful."
