"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

There were many challenges but they were to able to address them all up front and actually came in slightly under budget. They made me aware of all of the options detailing pros and cons of each. I went with Bob because he was very through when he came to look at the work and explained the options/ different aspects that could impact the cost/work. Based upon that alone, I hired him as most other contractors came out and looked for 5 mins. He was on target with his projected start date and moved very quickly. Him and his team took care with the rest of the house when it came to protecting the flooring/ keeping the dust from spreading. He works with Nashua Tile & Flooring, Brain there was awesome at helping and explaining options. Overall Bob takes pride in the work and ensuring the customer likes the product. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. "Most Contractors are known for lack of communication so if you live in the area and are not using ACH Construction, you are missing out on not only a job well done but dealing with someone who truly cares about his customers and you can always reach him if you need to. Owner came to view and give estimate 1 day after being called. Quality of installation was excellent. Cleanup very carefully done, inside and out. Very satisfied. Owner came by to check work. They were absolutely fantastic. Everything worked like clockwork. They finished the work on time, were courteous and I have never had a better business relationship with anyone. I would absolutely use them again."

"I hired Cowboy contractor to replace our existing entry with porcelain wood plank tile. The contractor came in and removed the hardwood floor and prep it to lay the tile. He also cut down the entry door trim and reinstalled it. Excellent work done by this contractor and I would recommend him. I definitely would use this contractor again to do work at my home."
