"From the very start, Ryan and his team were amazing! In trying to find contractors we were getting the run around in trying to get people out for estimates, then raising the price at the last minute...then we contacted Norman Builders and the response was almost immediate. Ryan met with us, took our concerns and desires into account and took his time to address potential issues no one else has even talked to us about. He gave us a fair and detailed estimate very quickly and we decided to get going! From the first day, we saw so much progress! His team works hard! Neighbors often commented to us that it seemed like there was someone here all the time and that's because there was! "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Scott and crew did an amazing job. We wanted to make our porch into a windowed room and wanted to heat it using a gas stove. There were many challenges but they were to able to address them all up front and actually came in slightly under budget. They made me aware of all of the options detailing pros and cons of each. All of his crew was punctual, professional and easy to be around. The sub contractors were also top notch. I would definitely recommend them."

"DiOrio Builders & Designers has been excellent to work with on several projects around our 1890s colonial home in Boston. Over the last few years, they have painted the interior of our house, installed hardwood flooring, rebuilt our front porch, installed French drains in the back, reinforced and repointed our granite foundation, rebuilt our kitchen floor and tiled it, and installed numerous lights and a range hood. "Went well.  The torrential rains the following week revealed that the upper end of driveway near garage needed to put built up a bit more to keep the rain from puddling.   The guys came back a week later, after the rain stopped and build up the driveway.   They burnt the tar to blend it into the existing driveway.  
The driveway is a difficult one to do.   There is absolutely no grade to work with - it all had to be built up.  
TMC was the only company who said they could do the driveway with out a drainage system.   All the other contractors would not consider it.    We did not want the drainage system because it does not work.  We are all ledge and granite underneath.
Looks beautiful!!!   Will definitely have them back to do other work."

"Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.
