Air Cool is the preferred HVAC provider for our complex and it is very easy to see why. Their prices are fair, and their crew of technicians is polite, punctual and professional. Our job required a huge crane to lift the unit up to the roof. The timing of this project was so precise that the crane was here and gone again in about 20 minutes. This company is extremely well-run and rates our highest esteem.

Easy to work with, provided options at a couple of different price points, quick and easy installation. Seem to be a shop with less overhead than some of the more sophisticated HVAC dealers, and their pricing shows.

I have had two different technicians out to my house. Both were punctual, professional, very nice, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary products. Someone probably could've convinced me to just buy a new A/C unit, but the technician said "save your money and get at least another year out of this unit." Both technicians were also very good about offering tips to a new homeowner.
