"In 2017, I hired Salvador and his crew to renovate and remodel our basement. The work consisted of installing drywall, insulation, canned lighting, electrical work, installing a few HVAC air vents and return, and carpet. From the beginning, I knew this project was going to go very smoothly. Salvador paid close attention to what I wanted and ensured that this project will be completed in a timely matter. His responses to requests or questions were very fast which made me feel even more comfortable. Every little change or request I made during the remodel, he accepted and did it without making it seem like it was a big deal. His prices were VERY fair for the amount of work that was involved. With past great experience, I hired Salvador and his crew again (2018) to remodel our Master Bathroom. From start to finish, his crew were very hard-workers. Since we couldn't use our Master Bathroom during the remodel, we used our guest bathroom. Next day, we woke up to a leaky ceiling from the main floor. Salvador's crew discovered the root causes on where the guest shower was leaking. Without hesitation, they offered a solution and immediately began to rectify the problem. After the problem was fixed, they continued working on the Master Bathroom. The final result was absolutely perfect. One thing I can't express enough in words is their attention to detail. From demolition to clean-up, Salvador's company is one of the hardest working companies I know. High Quality Painting does not skip any corners and renovates according to city building codes. They will also not let anything go unnoticed. During the bathroom remodel, they discovered that one of our bathroom fans was not connected to vent to the outside. They brought this to my attention and fixed this problem. These are the important details I look for in a company. A company that doesn't turn the other cheek and decides to fix any issues that may cause a future problem. Pictures don't do justice, but I have posted a few on the great work High Quality Painting provided. I wish I had more projects to do because High Quality Painting would be the first I would call."

The job went exactly as stated by Nick and as expected.  Once the deck materials were delivered by Nick's supplier, Nick and his crew went to work removing the old porch and digging the footings for the new support columns.  The village had to make 3 inspections (the footings, the framing, and the finished deck) and the village inspector found no problems during any of these inspections.  Nick and his crew worked quickly and kept the area as clean and neat as can be expected for an exterior job site.  They were careful about keeping the gates closed so our 3 dogs wouldn't get out of the yard when they went out to do their thing.

In addition to the deck, which they completed just before Memorial Day weekend so we could use the new deck for our family gathering, we had Nick and his crew come back in July and remove the dining room window that faced the new deck and replace it with a sliding patio door.  This project too was completed without any problems.

The price for both projects were exactly as Nick had quoted.  We would definitely consider using Biango Construction again if we have additional remodeling/renovation projects.

"For an ~ 20 years old, 3 level deck, which is for a 12 unit owner occupied condo building, the first level stringer anchors failed. Tim (project manager) was very responsive and informative in helping to come up with the most economical solution to repair the first level, in addition to taking care of the basement and second level stairs to prevent a similar failure from happening until the entire deck is replaced. Slightly more expensive than other estimates received, but the responsiveness to questions, customer service, and quality of work / clean-up far outways this slight increase in cost. "We recently used Angelo at AP Builders to finish our basement.  We must say that we were beyond impressed with his ideas, craftsmanship, professionalism and overall project management.  We sought out a few different bids for our basement but were most impressed with his blueprints.  Rose, who also works at AP Builders, was extremely prompt with all communication regarding the proposal and follow up.  Angelo manages his projects like a well oiled machine.  The project moved along smooth as silk and continually ahead of schedule.  Every day there was so much completed and Angelo was present each and every day to make sure every detail was perfect.  We had some minor changes in the blueprints that we wanted done at the beginning and those were done immediately and without any push back to work that was already completed.  His communication each day about progress and our thoughts, suggestions and ideas were listened to with a keen ear.  The house was always kept clean both upstairs where the traffic would come in each day and downstairs in the work area.  Each day it was cleaned up.  Their pricing was very reasonable - and their work was very thorough.  Rose was very quick with all correspondence via email and telephone.  Everything was very well documented and accurate for back end paperwork.  We are in love with our new space that Angelo has created for us and imagine spending many, many years to come enjoying our new living space.  We would recommend Angelo, Rose and AP Builders to anyone looking to have the most interactive, professional, detail-oriented, high quality job done.  We can't say enough about how happy we are to have chosen AP Builders for our project!
