"We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

His sons Luis and Emilio were so reliable and did such a perfectionist job, showing up every day on time, that I asked them to do the remodel of our main bathroom. "I cannot be happier that we chose Samanco for my bathroom demo/remodel. Let me provide a bit of a backstory; our ¾ bath on our main floor – the one that would be used daily and also used by guests and visitors – had not been remodeled in approximately 15 years. In July we found that we had a hairline crack in the fiberglass shower base, and my husband and I started the process of researching companies to begin updating the house, starting with that bathroom. When I came across the Samanco listing on Angie’s List and began reading the reviews (over 200 of them) I knew I had to give them a call. After speaking with their wonderfully helpful assistant Cindi, I scheduled an appointment to meet the owner, Dan, for a consultation. During the visit I felt comfortable in the fact that Dan was very responsive to my situation and was very easy to speak with. He went out of his way to give me some great suggestions and spent as much time as I needed answering questions. We were happy with the quote provided after realizing the amount of work involved (a complete demo down to the studs and total rebuild). Mind you, it had been about 15 years since we had done anything like this and I knew I needed someone with patience, skill and most of all, desire to do the job right and make sure the customer is happy. Samanco provided us with a materials list so that I could get everything I wanted and needed prior to the start of the job. Fast forward to this writing, about a week after project completion. My husband and I could not be happier with results! The new bathroom is amazing and better than we envisioned. Dan’s crew for this project, Robert and Kamil, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what we expected them to provide. They worked very hard to make sure that we were happy each day they were here, cleaning up each afternoon to make sure we were not inconvenienced by tools or a mess. So respectful and polite! Dan would stop by frequently to check on the progress and answer any questions; I knew I picked the right company. I was also very happy when Dan brought his wife Tommie by, she and Cindi had been such a great help with suggestions and such that we started discussions on the main floor remodel to include the kitchen! I truly never thought I would be excited by remodeling, but now I look forward to it.
