The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"David and his team were amazing! We had a huge project of moving the laundry upstairs and concerting the half bath on the first floor to a full with walk in shower. Also remodeled upstairs bathroom at the same time. Project was completed on time and at budget. Very respectful, friendly and CLEAN!! David was very helpfull when any issues arose and got them taken care of. Couldn’t ask for a better contractor."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "JT Remodeling finished our 1100 sqf. unfinished basement a few weeks ago. My wife and I chose JT Remodeling mainly because they gave us a very reasonable estimate, while other companies we talked with gave us outrageous estimates... Tomas and his helper, Daniel, showed up at our house on time every morning for four straight weeks. Each day, they gave us a progress report and their planned projects for the following few days. Everything went exactly as they promised and planned, and I know itâ s difficult to do so in a construction field. They missed their deadline only by â one dayâ and itâ s because it took longer than they expected for paints to dry on the walls (because itâ s winter now)... My wife and I changed our basement renovation plans slightly at several locations. Tomas and Daniel were very flexible and creative to accommodate our new requests...
