"The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."

"Due to excessive groundwater, we had an active leak in our basement. ULB came and gave us a reasonable quote, and was able to do the job during a very busy time of the year. They replaced the old interior drain tile system (which had been done by a previous owner on the cheap), which is a massive job, and even stayed late the first day to make sure they could get all the work done in the two-day time frame they'd given us at the outset. They also installed a new sump pump and backup system which is much quieter than our old one. The system is humming along smoothly now, and the basement is (finally) dry. This is a very dirty job and the crew was able to keep the mess and disturbance to a minimum. The team was friendly and easy to work with, and very patient in explaining all of the work they were doing. They even pointed out some other foundation cracks I hadn't seen, and fixed them while they were there at a heavily discounted price."
