"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "My husband and I met with owner Antonio for an upcoming to be done tub to shower remodel, including our walking floor area, hardware, toilet, etc. He restored our faith in hiring craftsmanship over the big box bathroom remodelers. Most important, Antonio recommends and allows us full control over our choices for product on the shower walls, floor and hardware. We pick out, pay for and supply the product. We do not get boxed into only a handful of choices like other big companies do. Then we let Antonio, the expert in his field to do his work with integrity and pride. From tear down to repair, how to deal with surprises that may come into play, to proper install and finish. From a straight shooting estimate on costs, timeline and how to take care of delays, payment requirements, insured, 1 year warranty on workmanship... call it the old fashion way of getting back to a high work ethic and standard."

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"
