"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. "Joe and his crew did a great job on repairing and painting my Yard Barn. They removed my rotted doors. Completed rebuilt the frame and created new doors which are much sturdier. They replaced a large portion of the back of the Yard Barn which was in need of repair and put a new one in it's place. They completely painted my entire Yard Barn for me and put new strips on my siding that needed replacement. My yard Barn looks even better than it did when it was first built. Joe is very personable and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend them !!"

"Very organized. As a working parent in a household with small children, Matrix’s process was very smooth. Once permits were approved, building moved according to the quoted timeline. We appreciated the app that kept homeowners in the loop about who would be on site on a given day and what was being done. Project oversight was very good.
