"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Larry and his crew were very professional. I appreciated his suggestions which made the job even better. He was always here when he said he would be and the finished basement is beautiful."

"We contacted Jeff regarding our master bath remodel after reading excellent reviews on Angie's List and those reviews did not disappoint. We found Jeff to be very meticulous and responsive. He and his son, Max, did an excellent job and their workmanship exceeded our expectations. Jeff was very accommodating with any changes we asked for and they kept the work area very clean. We would definitely recommend Jeff and Max. We look forward to working with them on our next project."

The crew was respect respectful of our home, kept the work area, clean and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. We are extremely pleased with the initial with the final result and would highly recommend Excellent Remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled basement remodeling contractor."

"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"I recently had Mighty Basement and Bath finish my basement and build a new bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job, kept the project on schedule, and stayed right within my budget. The final space looks absolutely amazing! Highly recommend Scot and his team for any remodeling needs."

"KSR has done 2 jobs at my home (a full bath remodel and a basement living room) both excellent work! Very easy to communicate with. Work was completed on the established timeline (even a little quicker than expected). Good attention to small details. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it."

"This builder gets five stars for not just doing the construction but being very helpful and stylish with the design. 100% would recommend him to anyone needing a remodel"
