Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
If I could give zero stars I would! Russ claimed they’ve done concrete countertops before and we were careful to select a company that had done them since they’re pretty difficult. We have huge concrete cracks that he refuses to rectify saying it’s something WE did to cause! He was a major bully over text exchanges with my husband and I, and his team did a sloppy job with our backslash. 0/10 do not recommend Russ.

We had wonderful experience. The workers were quick, efficient, and friendly. Whenever we noticed a problem or something that we wanted changed, no matter how big or small the ask, it was addressed immediately. All of the workers really listened to our ideas and the end result is exactly what we wanted, including some beautiful custom made cabinets!!! We will definitely be going back to KSRP Construction for our future home renovations.

We needed tile work done in a bathroom, and KSRP was very prompt in contacting us, and going through our available options. The quote provided was clear in describing the extent of the work, extremely competitive, and their start time was flexible. The entire process was very smooth as KSRP minimized any disruptions the work had to my family. They also accommodated a few last minute updates and additions to the work with ease. It was great working with KSRP, and the results are beautiful. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom, and would use KSRP again for future contract work.

Extremely pleased with the basement remodel. KSRP team was helpful, responsive and professional. Work included: framing, windows, drywall, electrical, lighting, flooring and painting. Not one complaint. Job price was really good and would have paid more based on what was ultimately delivered. I recommend working with KSRP.

Kitchen and flooring was wonderful. Bathrooms had continual plumbing issues. However, Russ came back out each time to rectify the problems until it was completely resolved. Russ is very responsive and easy to work with. Every job can have some hick-ups, but Russ kept at it until it was satisfactory.
