"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"I waited quite a while to do a review because with a sliding balcony door, you want to see how it holds up through the seasons and if there are problems, you want to see if those get resolved. First, there were no problems whatsoever over the past year that weâ ve had the new door. It slides beautifully, never sticks, seals well to keep out the cold (or keep in the cold in the case of AC). The glass has held up well, no mottling, and we got super strong screening on the screen section because of a squirrel / dog issue. The screening has also held up. We continue to be pleased with the door. At the time it was installed, it was done well.
