"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. "Glad to be a repeat customer! JRG did such a great job on the first project I used them for that I contacted them again to replace an exterior door. This was not a simple remove the pins and change the door job. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled. All of this was done in 4 hours with just 2 people, David and Jorge. Lastly, despite their busy work load, they took care of this for us one day after requesting if they could help us get this done soon. Best home remodeler I’ve ever used!"

"I noticed what I thought initially was my above the counter cabinets coming loose from the wall. Mike from Perfect Work was in contact with me and looked at pictures of what I was concerned with. He identified that it was a cosmetic issue, and not the actual cabinets coming away from the wall. He also took the time to come by my place on his way to another job to see it in person. It turned out to be the trim in one area coming loose, and not the cabinets themselves. I know little about cabinetry, so to have someone take the time to allay my fears, was really appreciated. I know this business to be trustworthy and pleasant to work with now, and should the need for home projects come up in the future, I would not hesitate to use Angi, or directly call Perfect Work to do the job.
