Their dry wall and painting is superb. The luxury vinyl planking floor throughout looks marvelous along with the white base board and trim. Structural, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC was all done to code. They took their time and paid attention to all the details as they take great pride in their work. "For an ~ 20 years old, 3 level deck, which is for a 12 unit owner occupied condo building, the first level stringer anchors failed. Tim (project manager) was very responsive and informative in helping to come up with the most economical solution to repair the first level, in addition to taking care of the basement and second level stairs to prevent a similar failure from happening until the entire deck is replaced. Slightly more expensive than other estimates received, but the responsiveness to questions, customer service, and quality of work / clean-up far outways this slight increase in cost. Very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely have them do similar work in the future."
