The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "

Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. "I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house.
