Best chimney liner installation pros near Wheaton, IL

"Corbin & Mark were so easy to work with. They took great care of our chimney and flue. They found an issue with the dryer vent that the inspector on our new home did not find. I appreciated their honesty and that they could do the repairs the same day!"

"They are currently too busy to come out and take a look at the chimney. They ask me to take pictures which I did and send them to them."

"Miguel and brother Manuel were real gentlemen and brought shoe covers! Their work was excellent and finished in a timely manner. They did my stove exhaust so brickwork was needed. They are clean and neat and even cleaned my stainless hood before leaving. I will be glad to recommend you or use you again. Thx Guys!"

"Anthony and Brandon were excellent, extremely professional and knowledgeable! Anthony and Brandon repaired our chimney and installed a new damper and cap and beautiful new logs in under 2 hours! Both men were very friendly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be more excited about our new fireplace and cannot wait to show it off! We highly recommend A-1 Safety Chimney Service and Anthony and Brandon, they exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Anthony and Brandon and A-1 Safety!!!"

"Nick and Mike came out from Superior Chimney just a few days after I called. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and then did a thorough inspection and walked me through everything they found and addressed all of my questions. They presented me with two reasonable options and didn't pressure me at all. I ended up purchasing the non-metal rubberized solution to fix my chimney crown. They promptly installed it. I was happy with the entire process and would highly recommend them."

"Mario did a detailed inspection and quote. I had three companies bid out the job and he was the only one concerned with the condition of my chimney liner. Turns out the chimney liner was full of holes, potentially a safety issue. If I had hired the other companies that would not have been addressed. Quality of the work was great, always showed up on time and left the job site clean. Main office staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of. If there were any changes they always communicated it ahead of time. The new grout blended in perfectly, chimneys look much better. I also appreciated they offered crown coat, my crowns were in bad shape and look much nicer after using crown coat. They even fixed up some stuff on my brick lamp post."

"Derek completed a chimney project for us including a full inspection, flue repair, chimney cap replacement w tile caps, and brick tuck pointing. His work and cost of the project was valuable to the resale of our home but also peace of mind that we are up and running for chimney use. His pricing was fair and the quality of his work was outstanding. He found matching brick from our early 70's home. We recommend him constantly to friends and family. Highly recommend using Derek and his company."

"I needed my chimney rebuilt from the roof line up. I picked a brick that was not available so they chose for me and it was a perfect match to my roof and siding. The team was very polite and they cleaned up everything very nicely. Would recommend them to family & friends."

"Olsen was recommended by my roofing contractor.  Ken from Olsen came out four days after my initial contact and sent me a proposal the next day.  Thanks to my roofer's efforts, Olsen came out earlier than they had originally scheduled (in mid rather than late September) to do the actual work.
On the first day, they did most of the repairs which included removing the top course (layer) of bricks, removing the old concrete chimney cap and installing a new one, replacing the top piece of the flue pipe and grinding out and re-tuckpointing all mortar joints above the roof line.  They also repaired some joints below the roof line and caulked everything as needed.  Two days later they returned to remove the "form" from the new chimney cap and wash everything down.
I thought that Olsen's price was on the high side but they appear to have done very good work, their people were polite and informative and they cleaned up after themselves.
