We have used Superior multiple times now. They are always easy to book with and have been on time and friendly each time. Superior Chimney came to our house next day after water was coming into our fireplace down the chimney. Came and gave a free quote which was extremely well communicated and provided pictures to show the issues we were having. We needed to replace our caps as well as new waterproofing on our chase cover. Repairs were able to be completed immediately. Extremely happy with the service and felt cost was very fair. Positive experience. Brad and Carlos were timely, professional and efficient. They called ahead to give a time frame of arrival. Cleaned and inspected fire box and chimney. Provided their recommendations for repairs with costs. We knew we had deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed. They provided pictures before and after work for verification. They were respectful and tidy in their work and did a good job addressing our concerns. Very pleased with the experience and would use again.
