$56,000 patio within a year it?s all shifted and crap? been trying for a year and half to get Rolando to come back to honor his 1 year warranty and he won?t show up to fix it, promises every other week he?s coming? complete liar. Don?t hire!

Rolando and his team built a beautiful back patio, steps and firepit for us! They provided us with a competitive price, communicated with us from start to finish, and gave us tips and suggestions to make our space just right! We are so thankful that we found this company to partner with to build our beautiful space!

Rolando provided a very competitive quote and the assurance of a five year warranty. He talked me in to adding lighting to the new patio hardscape that matches my softscape lighting. Upon the first installation all appeared to be great. however, when nightfall came and the lights turned on, it was obvious that they installed the wrong color lights. that the color of the hardscape lighting does not match the softscape. When it rained, it was clear that the patio was not flat or had the proper run off and there was significant puddling. In just a couple weeks pavers cracked. I spoke to Rolando immediately. he assured me that he would take care of everything. It has now been three years that I have been chasing rolando for repairs. he always promises to come out and never does. a warranty is only as good as the company and people providing it. I am not certain how he has such a high rating on home advisor. if you go to google you will see many reviews that says Rolando does not honor the warranty. BEWARE!

Had a concrete step and small patio replaced by Masonry Doctors. Rolando was friendly and knowledgeable from the start. He was able to articulate the plan right away and stick to it, and was able stay on budget. He had the job completely done from start to finish in a single day! I would definitely hire him again.

Rolando and his team did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us on options for repairs when our brick Veneer was found to be deteriorated. He installed a beautiful stone front for us. Very reasonably priced and worked in a timely manner to complete the job. The workmanship was top quality. I will definitely refer this company to friends, family and clients.

They installed a back patio. They did a fantastic job and we're great to work with.

We had new front stairs and a landing replaced by Masonry Doctors. They came highly recommended by neighbors in our community. The neighbors were absolutely right on!! ROLANDO and his team were awesome. Rolando was very prompt at responding to my initial call / estimating my needs, submitting a fair and reasonable estimate and establishing a schedule for the project. Rolando Paid close attention to all detail throughout, was personally involved with his crew in every aspect of the project including obtaining the permit from the village, and working with village Inspectors, which I found out is no simple task. His crew was very professional, knowledgeable, well organized, on-time, and extremely courteous. Rolando was impeccable with his communication both in response to my calls / requests and in keeping me updated daily on progress of the entire project throughout. It simply doesnâ  t get any better. I have since had several passer-bys tell me my stairs really looked good

He was very nice but the work has still never been completed and he has totally stopped replying to me. The part that was completed was mostly good except that his dry wall guys ruined an antique hope Chest by putting carry out cups on it.

We got our patio done with them. They did a good job and were very clean. No mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a concrete driveway and paver walkway installed. The walkway is good but , the driveway was never sealed as per the contract. We got pits in driveway and a crack also a crack in the walkway. The contractor has promised for 2 years to repair and has made excuse after excuse as to no time to do the job. We spent almost $18,000 and this is unacceptable. The work look good but, did not last past the first winter. Unreliable and have made promises and even broke 2nd contract with me to do additional work building a pavilion for us. We have spent money on this and it sits in our garage not built. We have to find second contractor to finish this work.

100% honest, solid, amazing work from this crew. Not only would they contact me and keep me updated they informed me what kind of material they would use and keep me in the loop regarding everything. Our concrete for our hot tub was completely level and guys did it without damaging our yard. Had rock and a fire pit installed as well and the effort they put in was amazing. They repurposed my old mulch to my front yard and even took out grass and replaced it within dead areas. Very professional crew would have them back in a heartbeat, also extremely reasonable.

TLDR at bottom: I had a couple of estimates for a new fence to be installed. I have 380+ ft of fence, so for a single home family home in the heart of suburbia, it is a lot. The estimates I got were very high, but with the cost of lumber up, we knew it was going to be pricey. The other issue that I had was that most companies would not come out for weeks to just give me an estimate and would not be able to start the project until the end of summer. Then I came across the Masonry Doctors. Rolando came the same day I reached out and gave me an estimate while still here. His cost was fair and affordable compared to every other company I had come by. He never once tried to upsell me or try to get me to buy things that I did not need. He explained to me the types of wood and gave me solid advice and recommendations to make an informed decision on my own. I just can not recommend them highly enough. From the initial communication, clear quote process, quickly scheduled and delivered ahead of schedule. We had 3 sets of paver steps repaired by them with excellent quality. I highly recommend them and would call them again should I need any masonry work. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Masonry Doctors. Rolando and his crew did a phenomenal job at replacing my old fence. At 300 feet of decaying fence, I figured a fence replacement was going to be quite an undertaking. In the matter of two days they took the whole old fence down, hauled it away and built the entire new one. Not only did these guys do high quality work but they went above and beyond in making sure the job was done right and with quality craftsmanship. On top of that Rolando and his team are just a genuine, hardworking, good group of guys. I highly recommend them!

Rolando and his team far exceeded our expectations when they built our outdoor fireplace. It is truly a masterpiece and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Rolando and his crew with masonry doctors removed an old weather back deck and installed a wonderful Unilock paver patio with sitting walls and undermount lighting. I priced the project out with multiple people and they not only had one of the bets prices but some of the best reviews. They were able to get the deck removed and the base layer completed in a single day and after base inspection were able to complete the install in another day. Rolando was very available to discuss planning and concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with the final result. We would absolutely use them again and have recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors.

If I could rate him higher I would. I have a few odd jobs that I needed help with and he was willing to ask one of his employees to help me out. You do not usually get that type of customer service from any company nowadays. The patio looks great! And makes our backyard much more livable!

I have 5 properties In total, I spend a considerable amount of time trying to find quality contractors who will complete the desired job the right way the first time! For anyone who owns property, you know all too well that this is not as easy as it should be!! My experience with this company went further than my expectations .the quality of work was above expected, the communication between the contractor and myself was refreshing and the care put towards my project was above what could have been imagined!!!!!! My project was completed over a week ago and Iâ m still walking around my property in awe of the work completed!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
