Mario and his team did an excellent job installing a chimney liner, repairing the smoke chamber and replacing the chimney cap. The job was done promptly with professionalism, respect to property inside and out. All old material was removed and the property was returned in the condition it was originally found to be. we originally called Mario for estimate on replacing chimney crown and wound up hiring him to also do tuckpointing. caulking and chimney sweep. Mario's quote was very reasonable and his team was very efficient. they completed all work in 2 days and left everything clean and looking like new! we are very pleased with all work performed and have already recommended to 2 friends!

Excellent service starts with the office. Toni in the office couldnâ t have made this service any easier. Toni kept me informed as to who would be coming to my house and when they would be here. Toni also made the payment arrangement very easy and efficient. The workers Mario Sr. And his helper who came to my house were extremely knowledgeable and even pointed out a couple of areas that needed attention that I didnâ t know about. Their work was over and above excellent. They cleaned up after their work to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for any tuck pointing work that you need. You wonâ t be disappointed. When I was getting my an estimate for the work, this was the only. Company that went to the root of the problem, looked around and found the problem, they also saw other problems, and told me the importance level. Mario, wasnâ  t pushy didnâ  t force me to sign a contract he was really great. I spoke to Toni to schedule and it was so simple and so easy, she checked in to make sure we were still on track and everything. If needed I will definitely use them again.

Redid my heat stack which was extensive work, touched up my chimney and brick work in front of house. Great work, high quality and a reasonable price. Brought out 4 people to quote work. Only thsi company went on the roof and looked. Would recommend and will hire again. Mario know his stuff.

My experience with Chicago Chimney Service was the best thing that has happened for me in a long time. Toni in the office is wonderful with the customer service, keeping you informed of all you need to know about your project. Mario, comes out to give you a honest assessment and estimate of the job. In my case, my chimney was in very bad shape. Mario checked it out, took pictures, showed me what was wrong and told me how he would repair it. They gave me a good price, showed up on the set date and time, got right to work, and finished almost two hours ahead of schedule! My chimney and crown looks great! Mario and Miguel are miracle workers! I am so pleased with my chimney! I highly recommend Chicago Chimney Services. Call them, you won't regret it. I will be calling them back to tuckpoint some areas on the rest of my house.
