"The team from Modern Quality Flooring excelled at every step of the process of redoing nearly every floor in our new house. We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. "This cleaning was considered post construction cleaning due to the contractors/painters left so much dust in the home, so it took longer than anticipated to clean. Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven. I appreciate all their hard work and attention to detail."

"My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again."
