Just had John do a screen and finish on our floors. Absolutely beautiful. The floors had lots of surface scratches on them from when we had a dog. He looked at it and told us that a full strip down to wood and refinish was overkill. He recommended a screen and refinish option where he just takes off the top finish but doesn't sand to the wood. Then he applies two coats of finish. Half the cost of the full down to wood option that he did not recommend but quoted anyway. The floors are flawless. Not a scratch visible even if you look close. Very professional too. And the dust. Truly nonexistent. Five stars and highly recommended.

Tom and Jeff did a fabulous job. They were extremely competent, skillful, reliable, and neat. Laura, the designer in the office, offered honest guidance, and she is very knowledgeable. She was always readily available to answer questions and to offer professional advice.
