"Incredible job! Jerry and his team turned my entire first floor of old, light colored maple into something out of a magazine! They meticulously worked to strip, sand, level, and fill the entire floor to perfection. Preparation is the entire key to the job. Then, they darkened the wood to our perfect color and put on several coats of top quality sealer. The floors look absolutely amazing! One of the most notable things is that there is literally zero dust. Jerry uses top of the light HEPA filter sanding equipment. It captures literally all of the dust. Even with this equipment, I expected to find some dust, but there was none. Not on the windowsills, none anywhere. Finally, here’s what really matters. Jerry is a perfectionist. His standards for the work are far above most homeowners. He sees the smallest of flaws and makes sure his work is literally perfect. "The kitchen floor looks brand new. Andrei replaced cracked or damaged maple boards, sanded the floor so the entire floor was level and sealed it with water-base sealer with a beautiful matted finish. It looks great. The remainder of the home has the original stained oak floors. Through the years many boards cracked & become unstable. He patiently removed the damaged boards, replaced the oak boards, sanded the boards to the same level as the existing flooring. He mixed the stain to match the existing floor stain color and urethane entire floor. The floor is now uniform in color, the patch repairs are not visibly different to the existing flooring when walking into the rooms. I am so pleased of the work performed and Andrei took his time to do it the right way and listened to what we wanted done."

Smoothing/leveling the substrate was a difficult job. It was made even more difficult because the new flooring had to meet existing flooring in two highly visible places. The workmanship and quality is unsurpassed. Alex treated our project as though it was his own home. Executed perfectly. Professionalism at its best. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do
recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."
