He explained the process and how long it would take up front. Jerry uses high end quality finishing materials, with fast dry/cure times. Even still, pricing was very fair. All work done was efficient yet very thorough, with Jerry easily accommodating my schedule over the three days of work in my home. And there was absolutely NO dust, just like Jerry promises. It’s hard to believe, but it’s true. Will definitely hire again, should the need arise."

We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. "This cleaning was considered post construction cleaning due to the contractors/painters left so much dust in the home, so it took longer than anticipated to clean. Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven.
