The company was well organized. The work team brought a lot of equipment with was clean, tidy and in good repair. Nothing sloppy. They did not rush the job and at the end of the day, they cleaned the dust, removed all trash and left the rooms in the best state that they could be in considering the amount of work that was done.

Very good experience

Tim was very professional. He cared about the way he conducted himself in the home. He made sure he did no damage to anything in the house. He explained to us what he was doing. Made sure the color matched. Over all we are very happy with the job that he did.

CPF sanded, stained and finished the floors. There was an immense amount of damage to the floors before, but now they look wonderful. The new finish is more modern than the old finish so if you prefer an older-style finish, let them know. Was not happy with the customer service, but the work itself was great.

CPF sanded, stained and finished the floors. The final finish was to be semi-gloss, but the results were unsatisfactory. The owner did the initial sanding but did not inspect the finished work. After filing yelp and BBB complaints, the owner inspected the work and agreed the finish was not correct. He contacted the company for the product he used and they too inspected and agreed it did not finish properly. The owner offered some money but we insisted CPF complete the job correctly at their cost, including temp storage for furniture, pet fees, etc. Upon investigation, CPF discovered the product they used was the cause for the lack of shine we expected from a semi-gloss finish. CPF at their cost purchased new product and refinished the floors to our satisfaction. We appreciate their follow through.

We had a wonderful experience with CPF. We were in a time crunch and did not give them much notice. They were very professional and honest about the time the job would take as well as the “rules” after the job as to not damage the floors. I highly recommend this company. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Thank you for a job well done!

Arno was on top of all of the work and gave thorough explanations of everything. His men worked quickly, efficiently and had a high attention to detail - we were very happy with the results. Arno also gave us advice on how to handle some of the baseboards, etc. given the darker stain we put down. His advice was right on and we love the finished product.
