We were given a complimentary consultation by Steve Garrett, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. "It went really well. Robert Carroll really knows his stuff. Hire this guy. I say that without reservation of any kind. Don't look any further, believe me, I did. This is the smartest guy. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic.
