These guys were able to make them look brand new. We feel like we’re living in a new house! The communication on the part of Clint(owner) and Brian(project coordinator) was excellent. They were prompt in returning texts and calls and upfront about all costs. They even hooked us up with a hardwood flooring supplier who was also very good to work with. Their hardworking team descended on our house Wednesday morning-on time, and by Saturday afternoon the work was finished. I really can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them. So hard to find contractors that take pride in their work and in the way they treat their customers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call."

"Our job required significant hardwood patches, and Jim’s team was definitely up to the task. They completed all the patch work in a day, and all the work blended in with the original wood once the stain was applied. Throughout the process, we were impressed by Jim’s accessibility and willingness to answer our questions. Likewise, the sanding and staining process was easy. We were only out of the house for two nights while the stain and finish was applied (although Jim said we could have stayed). The real measure of the quality of Stewarts’ service, however, was in a follow-up. A few days after the job was complete, we discovered a damaged piece of flooring while moving furniture. What we found was that the damage was caused by insects prior to the piece of wood being installed more than 70 years ago. The sanding and refinishing thinned out the surface of the wood, and normal traffic had caused a slight cave-in, about 2 inches long. Jim immediately offered the remedy the problem, free of charge (even though the cave-in didn’t happen until after the completion of the job). Despite the floors being completely finished, he sent his patch team and his refinishers to remove the damaged board, sand, stain and finish it. This was done within a week. Stewarts is a courteous, family-owned business that we wholeheartedly recommend. Because they’re a small operation with jobs throughout central Ohio, don’t expect immediate availability. We were patient and, within 3-4 weeks, we had beautiful refinished floors at a reasonable price!"

"Mikhail and his team did a great job. He came by to check out the job request on the same day that we contacted him. Our price quote came the next day and the price was very reasonable. He always kept in contact efficiently through text! Our job was pretty small, so he fit it in the following week and it was completed within 2 days! They put up plastic walls to block the dust and everything was left very clean. He recommended that we stick to a natural finish, and I'm glad that's what he recommended because our wood floors look really wonderful and there was very minimal smell during the process! Overall, we're really happy with the outcome! My only small concern was with the quarter mold installation. Our walls are old so it's not all flat along the bottom. I wish they had filled in the gaps between the wall and the molding before leaving, but he was kind enough to leave a tube of caulking for us at no additional cost."

"The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."
