JP Flooring: Our 30 plus year old kitchen floor needed to be sanded, refinished and sealed. The floor now looks fantastic! We could see that much care was taken in the detail, especially under the refrigerator where the ice was released. The price was reasonable. We were totally satisfied with the finished job.

JP Flooring gave a competitive bid and could start within our hoped for time frame. Johnny also agreed to some additional scope which two other bidders refused. They started when promised, we checked on progress a couple of times and the work was done on the fifth day. On the photo, notice the oak vents, a very nice touch.

He called me to follow up on the floors. At first I thought they were fine. Then I realized I there were some spots from the stain. He told me to use some vinegar and water to take the spots out. As time progressed I saw more and more spots. I called him again and he said he would come back to look at the job and he didn't show up.
