"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

Bob (sales) called ahead of the appointed time in order to arrive early (yea!), and the installation team (JJ and two younger guys) arrived a bit earlier than expected (yea!). "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
