"I have a powder room that is above an unheated cellar entryway. In the winter the plumbing supply lines that run under this space would freeze. After tearing away insulation I realized these pipes were very old and also were full of various spigot valves for no apparent reason. Charlie recommended replacing them with new pipes with now valves in the cold area. He replaced them with galvanized pipes because of the higher PSI threshold. He installed independent shut off valves in my basement so I could turn these supplies off in the event of a freeze. Everything went perfectly - I use Charlie for all my plumbing needs and always will. He's a busy guy so he's not always immediately available -but I've found he's worth the wait.

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Pablo and his coworker arrived on time. They took pictures of the work being done such as excavating a hole in the ground, removing an existing broken clay pipe as well as replacing it. They proceeded then to reconnect the new clay pipe to a new 4” cast iron pipe and so on. They then backfilled the opening on the ground once the repair had been completed. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. This job was done right and the price I paid for was a bargain compared to how much another company wanted to charge me for the same job PSP did.
