Erik was very professional and kept me informed during the entire process His team did an excellent job of getting the old drain dug out and put back together. My project turned into the worse case scenario, but Erik was compassionate and understanding to my concerns and patient with me and my questions and concerns. The only criticizium I have was on the day of the inspection the equipment to cover and put things a right was on another job site This was a management decision and no reflection on the crew at my home. Had the equipment been on-site I could have been put back together that same day. The crew on-site today was responsive and helpful under very horrible weather conditions, which could have been avoided had they had the equipment on the day of inspection. Overall they did a good job, and I have nothing but praise for Erik and his manner in how he designated job duties to his team.

Price: * What was said on the phone and what the service person said is completely different. I'd compare the exact quote with others. Service: * Maybe I got them when they were training someone since the other person barely did anything. The other guy? A "seasoned pro" if you get the meaning. Overall experience: Would not pick this company again.

Going forward I will use this company for any/all plumbing needs. They were friendly, good at what they did and fairly priced. I am a retired person on a fixed income so I really appreciate their fairness.

My pro guy was Rob, very professional and friendly he cleared a clog in my bathroom sink in seconds,he was really reliable and ontime.

Robert came out yesterday and fixed our shower drain in a matter of minutes! Fast, professional, all for a reasonable price.

The guys were able to fit us in right away and fix our problem. They were very helpful. The only issue we had was the price.

Explained and showed me my problem with a collapsed sewer drain. Replaced 25 feet. Remove excess dirt and made path to mow lawn. Reasonably priced. Only issue was they could not save my fence and gate to the backyard adding additional cost to the project.

Had other significant issues other than rodding. Work is ongoing. Robert, Rob, Eric and others were very responsive to our calls and worked rhrough finances in a responsable fashion. Although appointments were not always on time due to other project overruns, we were kept in the loop. Crews have been professional, respectful, and considerate. We have one more break in the line to be repaired, unfortuately it involves a tie in to municipal line so it is taking some time to begin work. Company has taken care of all communications with necessary entities. We are planning on engaging Aqua Doctor in a maintenance agreement based on our experience. We would recoomend anyone with pumbing issue concider Aqua Doctor.

We decided to go with Aqua Doctor and we're glad we did.... They came assessed and explained the plumbing issue. They ordered the parts that was needed and the following day begin completing the job. They were professional quick and efficient. I would recommend them and definitely use them again for my plumbing projects.
